Starting your project in July gives you the time to enjoy each step of the process, creating a space that feels welcoming, comfortable, and ready to be shared with the people you love.

Step 1: Discovery & Planning

We take the time to get to know you, your home, and the way you live. Together, we'll discuss your goals, explore your design style, review inspiration, and talk through your budget and vision. We'll also identify what's working in your space and where there's an opportunity to create something even better.

Taking the time to understand your vision allows us to create a home that feels warm, welcoming, and tailored to the way you live.

Step 2: The Design Process

This is where ideas start to come to life. Depending on the scope of your project, the design phase typically takes 3–6 weeks. A furnishings and décor project often moves more quickly, while a custom kitchen or larger renovation requires additional planning to ensure every detail is just right.

Together, we'll thoughtfully select furnishings, finishes, fabrics, lighting, artwork, and accessories that reflect your style and the way you live. For renovation projects, we'll also create detailed cabinetry and construction drawings, so every element is carefully planned before construction begins.

Step 3: Design Presentation & Refinement

You'll have the opportunity to see how every piece comes together before any orders are placed. We'll walk through the design, discuss each selection, answer your questions, and make any final refinements to ensure every detail feels just right.

Once you're completely happy with the design, we'll take care of the ordering process and begin bringing your new space to life.

Step 4: Ordering & Production

Many of the furnishings and finishes we source are thoughtfully crafted and made to order, which typically requires 6–12 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. Custom cabinetry and specialty pieces may take a little longer, depending on the complexity of your project.

By starting early, we can thoughtfully manage each step of the process and have your home beautifully prepared for holiday gatherings.

Step 5: Delivery & Installation

Once everything has arrived and been carefully inspected, we'll schedule white-glove delivery and installation.

Over the next 1–2 weeks, every detail comes together to create a home that feels complete, welcoming, and ready to host family and friends for the holiday season.
