This project started with an antiquated bathroom that kick started the whole house. With brown ceilings and low lighting, the clients wanted a bathroom which every guest used to be bright and reminiscent of a 5-star hotel. After being blown away from the bathroom makeover, they moved onto the rest of the first floor, followed by the basement, and finally the owner’s suite. When COVID hit and schools went virtual, this homeowner asked me to quickly re-design a catch-all space into a multi-use room for their son, redo their son’s bedroom & bathroom, and turn an extra bedroom into a second home office that could also be used as an additional guest room. Of course, each room had to have their own unique style but still look like they all belong under the same house. With the entire house being completed, they can now just live their lives and entertain without feeling there is an unfinished room that needs redesigning. Isn't that what we all want?
